Code Of Conduct

Daius Nùmeri was created to make a fun and fair environment for those special enough to be accepted amongst its hallowed ranks, and for this reason the following guidelines have been established.


Language:

Swearing should be curbed to a minimum, there is no real need for it in our guild chat, additionally Guild Chat is not a place for arguments, these can be sorted out over private messages.


Loot:

a)During raids or instances the looting type is set to "Master Looter". This is to allow for time to discuss the best course of action for the loot. Mainly whoever needs it can roll, with certain exceptions, i.e if the item represents an upgrade to the main tank(s), or an item drops that someone has called out prior to it dropping, and we have all agreed that they can loot it.

b)Items that are not Soulbound, that no one needs, but are deemed high enough quality will be placed in the bank. e.g Librams/Set Pieces. These items will then be distrubted at the discretion of the Guild Officers.

c)Resources gained whilst in a group, that could not accessed solo i.e. you needed the help of the guild to get it, will also be placed in the bank. e.g. Arcane Crystals, Black Lotus'

d)Soulbound drops that are not needed by a member in the group will be disenchanted, and the shard will either be rolled upon then and there, or will be distributed evenly at the end of the raid.


PvP

1) We do not corpse camp, not even in retaliation for being corpsed camped. Simply call for your guildies to come rectify the situation & Rectify we will!
2) We do not target Horde quest NPCs or civilians, and in large scale raids we will try to fight outside the city so as not to get Dishonorable Kills. Many of hour players spend hours and hours in the battlegrounds getting Honor, distroying their progress in a few dishonorable kills is unfair, and besides all, a real kick in the balls, or the "nether regions" if you are not a guy.
3) In dueling, respect your opponent and be polite.


Obligations


1) Please participate in as many of the guild events/raids as possible.
2) Treat each other with respect and kindness, and be ready to provide assistance to others, just as you have assistance provided for you.
3) Treat others outside the guild with respect and kindnesss. If you are a Nùmeri, you are representing the guild wherever you go. Show us to be the honorable people we are
4) If you have any rare or epic gear you wish to sell, allow the guild members a chance to buy it first. Letting us use this gear only increases our power, and the ease in which we can progress.



These rules are set so we all have a better time playing with one another, breaching certain of these rules may result in disciplinary action being taken. i.e. removal or suspension from the guild.


Ranks

A few people have been asking how to gain ranks within Daius, so i found it necessary to inform you all that there are no specific things that will give you the right to a promotion. Through commitment, dedication and deeds done, I and my officers will decide who deserves to have the honor of a new rank.
